The Series 1 is recognised as being the only car that Carroll Shelby created from a blank slate, all others being re – engineered versions of other – manufacturer models. Launched in 1998 and built by Shelby American, this stylish 320bhp two – seater featured a 4. 0L V8 DOHC engine capable of 0 – 60mph in only 4.4 seconds! Revells detailed kit features a finely detailed body, 4.0L engine with transmission and engine bay with air – cooling system, opening bonnet, full interior, suspension, 5 – spoke chromed wheels and rubber tyres.
