This is an injection-plastic jet aircraft model kit.

From the manufacturer:

In 2002, a modernized Su-27 called Su-27SM (Sereeynyy Modernizeerovannyi: Production Modernized) had its first flight. Although it looks almost the same as the previous Su-27P, it is efficiently equipped with new technologies developed with Su-25/27 demonstrators to enforce its avionics. Modified IRST is offset on the right to enlarge the perspective from the cockpit; instruments are totally renewed into a “glass cockpit.” Engines are convered to more reliable and powerful AL-31F-M1s. Electronics are updated according to the HOTAS concept. The production and conversion began in 2004 and was completd in 2006.
