This is an injection-plastic aircraft model kit.
Hasegawa`s Ki67 kit with additional parts to convert it to a guided bomb launcher. The I-1 guided bomb was completed in October 1944 and had a fairly high degree of accuracy, but the design was not completed to be used in actual combat. Markings are for aircraft #220 at the Fussa Air Base in Autumn 1944.
