This is a resin-cast aircraft kit.
This full resin kit is of the Heinkel Wespe VTOL (vertical takeoff and landing) interceptor aircraft. The Wespe was planned by the German manufacturer Heinkel, and featured a propeller mounted in the center of the fuselage and covered by a ring-shaped structure called an annulus. It was designed as a tail-sitter and was powered by a turboprop engine. A long runway was not required for launch; it was, however, never completed.
