This is an injection-plastic aircraft model kit.
Hasegawa’s latest release in its celebrated B-25 Mitchell series is a solid nose variant of the B-25J. Originally a conversion of the standard B-25J, the solid nose variant eventually became a production model, with the standard plexiglas nose being replaced with an aluminum cowling and eight .50 cal machine guns for extra ground attack punch. With all that added firepower, it was one of the most heavily armed aircraft of WWII. The kit features fine engraved panel lines, new parts for the solid nose and guns, and markings for two 345th Bomber Group aircraft.
