The Messerschmitt Me 410B-2/U2/R4 twin-engine heavy fighter was a heavy firepower variant of the Me 410. This fighter was modified to carry a weapons container in the bomb bay instead of bombs to improve its air-to-air firepower. It’s equipped with two 7.92mm MG 17 machine guns, two 13mm MG 131 machine guns and two 20mm MG 151 cannons. It could also carry an additional gun pod. Because of its strong firepower, it was widely used by the Luftwaffe in high-altitude interception operations.

This 1/48-scale Messerschmitt Me 410 B-2/U2/R4 Heavy Fighter plastic model kit offers rich cockpit and weapons bay details. Two precise DB603 engines are included. Movable barbettes in the center of the fuselage can turn like the real ones. An optional pod with two MG 151 cannons is provided.

26.3cm long and 34cm wide when assembled; molded in gray and clear plastic with photo-etch parts and decals.
