This is an injection-plastic jet aircraft model kit.
The Falklands War was a three-month conflict between Britain and Argentina that began in March 1982 over the possession of the Falkland Islands in the Atlantic Ocean. The Falklands War was the first conflict between Western armies since World War II, and it was a highly mechanized military-to-military clash.
The Harrier GR.3 is a Harrier GR.1 with a laser sensor added, and the engine replaced with the Pegasus Mk.103. The Sea Harrier FRS.1 is a carrier-based fighter based on the Harrier GR.3. The Harrier GR.3 and the Sea Harrier FRS.1 were both put into action in the Falklands War.
This model kit from Kinetic includes parts to build a Royal Navy tow tractor! The decals are made by Cartograf, and can reproduce many British aircraft that participated in the Falklands War, as well as five aircraft used by the Indian Army. Photo-etched parts are also included. Order yours today!
