The BR.20 was a twin-engine bomber developed in Italy during World War II. Making its first flight in 1936, the BR.20 was all metal with retractable landing gear, although the rear fuselage was covered in fabric, making it an aircraft incorporating the latest technology at the time. It was used in the Spanish Civil War and also bombed the British mainland in the fall of 1940. In 1938, the Japanese Army used 85 of these aircraft in the Sino-Japanese War under the name I-Type Heavy Bomber.
This 1/48-scale model kit from Special Hobby includes photo-etched parts, resin parts, and decals for three versions: Italian Army, Spanish Nationalist Army, and Japanese Army. Order yours today!
