This is an injection-plastic jet aircraft model kit.
Limited reissue of the Hasegawa 1/48 scale F-104G kit with decals to mark it as either of two USAF Starfighters attached to the 58th Tactical Test Wing, 69th Tactical Fighter Test Squadron: s/n 12369 and s/n 13243. 13243 is painted in a Bicentennial scheme, and an optional unit badge is supplied for the tail of this aircraft to make a total of 3 possible marking options.
