Description

This is an injection-plastic jet aircraft model kit.

This kit from Armory Models Group is a completely new mold! The Yak-1 was developed in the Soviet Union in the 1930s as a virtual enemy aircraft, and was the first fighter to fly in 1941. The Yak-1, which became the Soviet Union’s main front-line fighter in place of the I-16, demonstrated a high level of ability comparable to that of the Bf109, and produced many aces, including female pilots such as Rijia Vladimirovna Litovark. The Yak-1 was also used by the Soviet French unit “Normandy Nimen.” Designed to compete with the Bf109G, the Yak-1 featured a redesigned cockpit, an M-105PF engine, and the windshield’s shape was changed to a “water drop” style.

This kit comes with parts for two aircraft; it also comes with photo-etched parts and an amazing 14 types of decals! Order yours today!
