This is an injection-plastic aircraft model kit.
In 2004, this UH-60J Rescue Helicopter (the Japanese version of the UH-60 Black Hawk) appeared in special paint and markings to commemorate the Japan Air Self Defense Force’s 50th anniversary. Platz has released this new item featuring two 1/144 UH-60J kits in one box, with markings for the specially painted anniversary version and one normal version. The kit includes a nice fret of photo-etched parts, and decals are by Cartograf. All kit parts are molded in clear plastic to facilitate ease of window painting.
