This is a resin-cast aircraft kit.
The CS-199 is a double-seat trainer aircraft developed and modified by Czech Avia from its S-199 fighter. The fuselage of this machine is the same as that used by the Bf109G-12 that was produced by Avia during the war, and it’s equipped with a Junkers Yumo 211F engine, like the S-199.
