This is an injection-plastic jet aircraft model kit.
The PZL.37 Abis II was a state-of-the-art medium-sized bomber of the Polish Army, one size smaller than the German main bomber He111 of the same period (1939); it was, however, faster and performed comparably to the medium-sized bombers of the Allies. The Type A is equipped with a Pegasus VII engine, and has a twin vertical stabilizer. It became a hot topic after it was exhibited at the 1938 Paris Air Show.
