This is an injection-plastic jet aircraft model kit.
The Albatross was manufactured by De Haviland from 1938-9. Only 7 of this aircraft were produced; all 7 were operated by Imperial Airways, but after the outbreak of World War II, they were all requisitioned for use by the British Air Force. This kit features decals for the civilian version, G-AFDK “Fortuna.”
Produced in the Czech Republic with short-run technology, this kit features resin crew seats and photo-etched parts.
