The F-15 Reporter is the last reciprocating engine photo-reconnaissance aircraft designed and manufactured for the US Air Force, based on the photo-reconnaissance variant of the Northrop P-61 Black Widow night fighter. Despite its limited production numbers and relatively short service period, it was active in the Korean War, and the aerial photographs of the Korean Peninsula taken by the F-15 were used for intelligence gathering and map-making.
