The E.V was a single-wing fighter developed from the Dr.I, which was later renamed D. VIII because the fighter symbol was unified to D. The highest speed of this aircraft was recorded at 200km; it became the last Fokker of the Germany Army. After World War I it was used in the Polish Air Force in the Ukraine-Poland War (1918-19) with much success.
