This is an injection-plastic aircraft model kit.

NOT the Hasegawa kit in a Revell box! This is an all-new tooling of what is doubtless the most famous British bomber of WWII, the Lancaster. Revell’s kit allows you to build either the B.I or B.III versions, with leftover parts promising more versions to come. This kit is chock-full of detail, as befits a new release from Revell, and features full flight-deck and bomb-bay detail, detailed landing gear and wells, and two complete engine assemblies that can be shown off if desired by carefully cutting out the access panels (they are marked clearly in the instructions and in cuts on the interior faces of the nacelle halves). Decals are given for B.I “WS J” W4964 “Still Going Strong” of 9 Squadron and B.III “HW Z” LM739 “Grogs the Shot” of 100 Squadron.
